Session with Dr. Michaelson is about a man, Andy, who is feeling terribly down and decides to have an emergency appointment with his therapist. He gets there and… his therapist has turned into a monkey?!? As the world turns darker, he admits that all the monkeys he was experimenting on in his science lab are dead and he knows it’s his fault, but he is not ready to admit it to himself… but the monkeys are following him in his nightmares. Will the alarm clock be enough to wake him up?

The song opens with a horrific tapped riff, goes through a trombone section, explores dance music and loses itself back into chaos.
It is designed to take the audience on a short, confusing and upsetting journey into a nightmare.
